|
Course Overview |
|
This is a lecture and
problem solving course dealing with the metallurgical aspects of welding. We will present many
technical aspects of materials joining. |
|
Emphasis will
be placed on arc welding, the fundamentals of welding technology, welding
metallurgy, inspection and quality of welds and welding codes and
specifications. |
|
This training course is
designed to give a general but comprehensive picture of the principal arc
welding processes so that selection can be made from a knowledge of the
advantages and limitations of each process. |
